The city of Prichard is reporting numerous road problems related to overnight/morning flooding. Spokesperson Nona Simmons tells News 5 that problems exist at West Main Street and Clancy at Bay Bridge Road near Glendale Elementary School. Simmons says many streets within the Alabama Village area are impassable. Motorists are also encouraged to avoid Bessemer and Patricia, Prichard Lane at College, Sanders Road, Crafty Hwy at Foch, Palmetto Street, Petain, Nobel, and Shelton Beach at Everett. Simmons says the flooding has caused a hole in the street on Golfway near the Golf Pro Shop.
