The Baldwin County Health Department says a second sentinel chicken has tested positive for Eastern Equine Encephalitis (EEE).

This time it's in the Lillian area.

Another sentinel chicken tested positive for triple e in orange beach.

EEE can be transferred to humans and horses by mosquitos, but horses have vaccines against the virus. Right now there is no vaccine for humans.

The Health Department says so far there have been no mosquito borne viruses detected in humans in Baldwin County.
