Escambia County, FL School Superintendent, Jim Paul, has revised his ban on outdoor activities. Football practice and other outdoor activities can be held before 9 a.m. and after 7 p.m. Paul canceled all outdoor activities Thursday when three football players at Tate High School in Cantonment collapsed after practice. Two of them were taken to the hospital.
