Crocker was one of the owners of the industrial waste company. Perret was recently promoted to plant manager. News 5's Tiffany Craig has learned that the Mobile County Sheriff's Department expects to make the first arrest in the case this week. They won't say if this person is local or what the connection is to the victims. Investigators won't say if there is some type of a crime ring but tell us that they are expecting to make more arrests in the coming weeks. Crocker is out of the hospital and recovering. A family member contacted News 5 to say that he is going to speech therapy and is able to see out of one eye.
