A Alabama man wanted on fraud charges turned himself in yesterday. Mississippi officials say Roger Hendren, 48, of Daphne took money to repair a home in Long Beach, Mississippi after Hurricane Katrina,but never completed the work.
Hendren turned himself in to Harrison County autthorities after he was contacted by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force.
He is being held at a detention center in Gulfport on 50 thousand dollars bond.
Mississippi Attorney General Jim Hood says this is the 64th arrest state-wide on Home Repair charges following Katrina.
