Governor Bob Riley is offering a $5,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the two teenagers who shot and killed a Mobile convenience store owner.

67-year-old James Eaton was murdered August 24th at the Washington Avenue convenience store he ran with his wife. Police say two masked teenagers shot Eaton while attempting to rob his store.

“This was a terrible crime and the killers must be brought to justice,” said Governor Riley. “I want to encourage anyone with information about this case to come forward and help police find the perpetrators.”

Anyone with information about this case should call the Mobile Police Department at 251.753.8110.

All of the tax money that they waste on frivilous things...and they only want to offer a $5000 reward? Get real. If you want these thugs to roll over on each other, then post a worthwhile reward that they cannot resist...then you will see them turning over on each other like sharks in a feeding frenzy.
