BREAKING NEWS:CHICAGO (AP) - A Chicago jury has acquitted R&B superstar R.
Kelly on all counts at his child pornography trial.
The verdict came six years after the singer was first charged
with appearing on a graphic videotape with a girl prosecutors said
was as young as 13 at the time.
Both Kelly and the now 23-year-old alleged victim had denied
they were on the tape. Neither testified during the trial.
The prosecution's star witness was a woman who said she engaged
in three-way sex with Kelly and the girl prosecutors said was on
the tape. Defense attorneys argued the man on the tape didn't have
a large mole on his back and Kelly does.
The singer had faced 15 years in prison. His hits include "I
Believe I Can Fly," "Bump N' Grind" and "Ignition."

Well the disappearing and appearing mole could well be related to the pixel resolution of the camera and the speed at which it is recorded and played back. Frame by frame, in my opinion, is one of the worst you’ll ever see for resolution and could well miss something on a body unless it was fairly big. I’ve never seen it put something in a frame other than hash or white noise, but i have seen it leave a lot out due to resolution. I don’t guess the victim giving the testimony was considered creditable or either the jury already had it’s mind made up.
