Boeing is offering the Air Force a modified version of their 767 tanker. If they win the contract, the tanker will be built in Everett, Washington. Earlier this month, Boeing held a rally for its employees. They told them they were confident that they would win the contract. News 5 sat down with Boeing Vice President Ron Marcotte to talk about the competition.
