The Santa Rosa County Sheriffs Offices says a Milton man has confessed to cutting his elderly mothers throat. Family members found 86-year-old Bonnie Lewis slumped over in her chair Tuesday night. They told the deputies investigating her murder that Lewis always locked her door and would never open it for a stranger. But there is no sign of forced entry.
