You never saw his face, but many people on the Gulf Coast grew up with Chris Clausen. Since 1998, Clausen has been the stations voice for News 5 promos. Every night, he is the first thing viewers hear when he starts the newscasts with the familiar "Number one for news coverage you can count on, this is WKRG News 5".
