Suspect Arrested in Circle K, Walgreens Robberies in Mobile

MOBILE, AL (WKRG) — A suspect has been arrested in the robberies of a gas station and pharmacy store in Mobile last month.

46-year-old Carl Dailey, who police say has a criminal history, was arrested and transported to Mobile Metro Jail on Thursday afternoon.

Dailey is accused of robbing a Circle K on Dauphin Street and a Walgreens on Government Street in the early morning hours of Saturday September 30.  Investigators say Dailey is the man seen in the surveillance video at both locations.

Dailey is said to have threatened to pull out a weapon, but did not show one in either location.

Mobile Metro Jail is booking the suspect at this hour, we’ll update you with charges once they become available.
