MOBILE, AL-

7:55 a.m.- Looking at your Monday morning commute we’ve had an accident occur in the 7700 block of Deer River Road (that’s just north of Dauphin Island). It’s an accident involving injuries and a tractor-trailer went off into a ditch. It’s unlikely to affect your morning commute unless you travel through South Mobile County. The Bayway and Causeway still look good, no problems through the tunnels. Looking good coming down I-65.  The traffic light is on the blink there at North Catherine at Dauphin Street.  Treat that as a four-way stop. No new trouble spots in the Pensacola area according to Pensacola Police.

6:55 a.m.- So far it’s been a good start to the week as far as traffic goes. We are moving along smoothly both directions of the Bayway and Causeway is traffic as volume has really picked up.  Moving along nicely through both tunnels.  No delays right now I-10 headed east bound from Rangeline Road to the I-65 interchange on I-10.  No problems right now in downtown according to Mobile Police, Alabama Highway Patrol reporting no accidents.  Florida Highway Patrol reporting no issues as well. The earlier accident around the 21 Mile Marker has been taken care of.

6:35 a.m.- It has been a good looking start for your Monday morning as far as traffic goes. You might find a patch of fog from time to time but overall looks like a smooth commute. No problems on the Bayway or Causeway as traffic volume is picked up over the last 10 or 15 minutes.  Looking good through Mobile though, Mobile Police and Alabama Highway Patrol reporting no trouble spots.  Coming down I-65 we look good.  On the Panhandle, Florida Highway Patrol reporting a fender bender there I-10 Westbound around the 21 Mile Marker. That’s in the Milton area between the Avalon Boulevard exit in the entrance of the Escambia Bay Bridge. It’s through the construction zone as well so use some caution.

6:10 a.m.- It’s a pretty smooth start for your Monday morning if you need to get out and about this time of the morning. We’re looking good right now from the Eastern Shore headed over towards Mobile and vice versa on the both the Bayway and Causeway.  No problems through either of the tunnels. Mobile police reporting no accidents in downtown. Alabama Highway Patrol tell us that the interstate system is clear of any problems including I-65.  Looking towards Pensacola, Pensacola Police and Florida Highway Patrol boat tell us no accidents that they’re working.

5:55 a.m.- As the sun is making its Monday morning debut things are looking good right now in the roadways. We’re accident and delay free as traffic volume starts to pick up there headed towards Mobile from the Eastern shore on the Bayway. Both directions though are looking good, no issues on the causeway.  Both the Bankhead and George Wallace tunnel also running freely.  Mobile police and Alabama Highway Patrol reporting no accidents in the Mobile or Baldwin County area and in Pensacola we’re looking good according to Florida Highway Patrol.

5:35 a.m.-  If your Monday morning commute requires you out on the roadways this time of the day, well things are running smoothly right now in the Bayway and Causeway. Accident free both directions.  No problems on the Eastern Shore. Both the Bankhead and George Wallace tunnel also looking good.  Mobile Police and Alabama Highway Patrol reporting no trouble spots in the Mobile area. Looking good coming down I-65 to I-10 and in Pensacola we’re accident-free according to Florida Highway Patrol for your Monday morning.

5:10 a.m.- If you need to get out of here on the roadways here on this early Monday, so far our morning commute looks good. We’re accident and delay free right now from the Eastern Shore getting over towards Mobile.  The Bayway and Causeway both flowing freely. No problems in Mobile according Mobile Police and Alabama Highway Patrol, no issues along I-65. So far in the Pensacola area, Florida Highway Patrol reporting no accidents to begin the morning as well.  So overall a good start for a Monday.
