MOBILE, AL (WKRG)-

8:25 a.m. We’re still looking good on the Bayway and Causeway this morning and no problems through either of the tunnels. We had an earlier accident Moffett Road and Foxfire Drive that continues to cause heavy delays there between Bear Fork Road and Howells Ferry.  Alabama Highway Patrol headed to scene of a couple fender-benders in Baldwin County including the intersections of Boatyard Road at Burntcar drive in Stockton also Seminole Road at Pickle Lane(I promise I didn’t make those street names up). In Pensacola an accident West Kingsfield at Kent Lane causing a little delay there.

7:50 a.m.  Your Tuesday morning commute continues to look good on the Bayway and Causeway right now and no problems through the tunnels. In Mobile an earlier fender-bender Airport and Snow being finished by Mobile Police. Still delays due to a serious accident Moffett Road there at Foxfire Drive. That’s just outside of the Bebo’s carwash, your seeing heavy delays there on Moffett Road now between Howell’s Ferry back to Bear Fork Road. Still some delays on I-10 Eastbound in Southern Mississippi around Highway 63 about a mile or so back up. In Pensacola a new fender bender has occured St Mary Avenue at North L street.

7:26 a.m. Updating your Tuesday morning commute we continue to Roll Along smoothly on the bayway and Causeway without any complaints there. No issues coming down I-65 but in Mobile you got some fender benders at Airport at Grant Street there in the Midtown area. Airport at Snow on the west side and a serious accident involving injuries Moffett Road at Foxfire. Make Way for emergency vehicles in that area. In Southern Mississippi we’ve got about a mile back up I-10 eastbound just past Highway 63. In the Pensacola area both Florida Highway Patrol in Pensacola police reporting no accidents there .

6:55 a.m. Good morning it’s been a smooth commute on the bay-way and Causeway so far but we’re accident and delay free both directions and through the tunnels. In Mobile a few trouble spots have popped up including the Airport at Grant Street. That’s near Florida Street in the Midtown area. Another fender bender Moffett at Powell so watch out for delays there and a serious accident just being reported their Helen Street at Birchfield Road. Make way for emergency vehicles headed to the scene there. In Southern Mississippi we’ve got a report of an accident I-10 eastbound near near the Highway 63 exit so watch for some delays. and no problems right now in the Pensacola area  according to Pensacola Police and Florida Highway Patrol

6:30 a.m. -Well even though we’ve had some rain, we’re off to a good start for your Tuesday Morning commute. Our Bayway and Causeway commute seems to be moving along nicely so far this morning as traffic volumes picked up a little bit in the last few minutes (especially headed towards Mobile). Both tunnels seem to be moving along smoothly. No complaints right now in the Mobile area. Mobile police in Alabama Highway Patrol reported no accidents. We’re looking good through downtown and I-10 to I-65 looks good. Over in Pensacola still pretty wet there, but accident-free according to Pensacola Police and Florida Highway Patrol.

6:06 a.m.- Well even though we’ve had some rain, we’re off to a good start for your Tuesday Morning commute. Our  Bayway and Causeway commute seems to be moving along nicely so far this morning as traffic volumes picked up a little bit in the last few minutes (especially headed towards Mobile). Both tunnels seem to be moving along smoothly. No complaints right now in the Mobile area. Mobile police in Alabama Highway Patrol reported no accidents. We’re looking good through downtown and I-10 to I-65 looks good. Over in Pensacola still pretty wet there, but accident-free according to Pensacola Police and Florida Highway Patrol.

5:55 a.m.- Well as you are getting up and planning your morning commute, we’ve had some earlier showers so some wet driving conditions a possibility (depending on where you’re driving). But right now moving along well on the Bayway and Causeway, both directions moving along smoothly. No problems through the Bankhead or George Wallace tunnel. We’re looking good through the city right now. No problems coming down I-65 Mobile police reporting no accidents in downtown and looking good through West Mobile. Don’t forget about the road closure there in McGregor North of Dauphin Street. In Pensacola moving along smoothly without any complaints there as well.

5:36 a.m.- It’s a rather wet start to your Tuesday morning for most in the area so be careful. Most of the area also includes the Bayway Inn Causeway. Mobile/Baldwin County and over towards Pensacola as well. So far this morning moving along well through the tunnels though without any accidents. If you need to use the Bayway Causeway we look good. Coming down I-65 we’re accident free.Mobile police in Alabama Highway Patrol telling us no accidents they’re currently working and Florida Highway Patrol not on the scene of any major problems in Pensacola as well, but again wet driving conditions so use extra caution.

5:06 a.m.- Most areas seeing a wet start here for your Tuesday morning so be careful as you head out the door. The good news is even though it’s pretty wet on the roadways, so far this morning no major accidents or delays. Rolling pretty smoothly there (even though it is wet) on the Bayway and Causeway. Through both tunnels moving nicely. Mobile Police in Alabama Highway Patrol reporting no accidents to begin the morning and over in Pensacola, Florida Highway Patrol also reporting no accidents to begin the day.
