8:05 a.m.- Our Thursday morning commute on the Bayway and Causeway continues to roll along smoothly without any issues both directions.   Looking good through the tunnels as well. A new fender bender has occurred Grelot and Hillcrest in front of the Cimarron Ridge Apartments. Expect a little bit of a delay there. Mobile Police are on the scene.  We’ve also seen heavy traffic volume there on Moffett Road from Wolf Ridge all the way to University this time of the morning. No problems right now on I-10 to I-65 and in the Pensacola area, Pensacola police reporting no new accidents there.

7:24 a.m.- Updating your Thursday morning commute we continue to run along smoothly there on the Bayway and Causeway both directions moving along nicely and no need for an alternate route. Looking good through the tunnels as well.  We had a hit-and-run crash occur I-65 Southbound between Airport and Government Street.  Mobile police on the scene but it’s not really affecting traffic too much.  There’s another accident on the West I 65 Service Road North there off of Moffett Road. That was just a fender bender. In the Pensacola area a new accident over towards Milton on Highway 87 there getting onto I-10. It’s an accident with injuries and roadblock. 

6:55 a.m.- If your morning schedule takes you out on the roadways of the next few minutes were looking pretty good out here we’re accident and delay free you need to take either the Bayway or Causeway. Both tunnels looks like things are moving along nicely there as well. Both Mobile Police in Alabama Highway Patrol reporting no accidents right now. Looking good through downtown and West Mobile. In Pensacola we had an earlier accident North Palafox at East Kingsfield Road. Florida Highway Patrol still on the scene there. Beyond that though I-10 to I-110 looks good and Pensacola Police working no accidents at the moment.

6:35 a.m.- Traffic volume has ramped up over the last few minutes on the Bayway and Causeway but both directions still moving along well without any problems. No issues there either of the tunnels as well. In the Mobile area there’s a new hit-and-run crash there at the 3000 block of Curry Dr West, that’s just off of DIP.  Mobile Police headed to the scene. Highway Patrol reporting no accidents. In Pensacola there’s a new accident there on Pensacola Boulevard trying to get onto I-10 headed eastbound, also North Palafox at East Kingsfield Road. Florida Highway Patrol on the scene of both these accidents. Pensacola police reporting no accidents that they’re working.

6:06 a.m.- As we move through the 6 o’clock hour, if you need to get out on the Bayway or Causeway over the next few minutes both directions seem to be moving along nicely. Still no problems or delays either way. Also looking good through the tunnels. Both Mobile Police and Alabama Highway Patrol reporting no accidents being worked in the Mobile area so things are running smoothly here.  Over towards Pensacola, Florida Highway Patrol on the scene of an earlier fender-bender at Scenic Highway at East Olive Road. Watch for a little bit of a delay there.  We’ve seen some areas of patchy fog so don’t tell let it throw you off. Make sure those headlights are on low beam if you come through some fog.

5:55 a.m.- No complaints to begin your Thursday morning commute so far on the Bayway and Causeway with light to medium traffic volume, both directions moving along nicely. No problems there either of the tunnels as well. Mobile police reporting no accidents there working at this time, looking good coming down I-65. Highway Patrol also not on the scene of any problems. A new accident  in Pensacola on Scenic Highway at East Olive Road. That’s just north of I-10. Florida Highway Patrol is headed in the scene there, but no other problems.

5:35 a.m.- If you need to begin your Thursday morning commute over the next few minutes, things are looking good on the Bayway and Causeway with the light to medium traffic volume.  No problems right now through either of the tunnels as well.  In Mobile, Alabama Highway Patrol reporting no accidents. Mobile Police not on the scene of any issues to begin the morning.  Light to medium traffic volume coming down I-65. In the Pensacola area we’ve got a hit-and-run crash being reported Twigs Lane to Kemp Road. That’s just north of Marcus Pointe Golf Club. Florida Highway Patrol is headed to the scene.

5:06 a.m.- Good morning and not a bad-looking start for your Thursday if you’re starting out on the roadways of the next few minutes. We’re looking good on the Bayway and Causeway with light traffic volume both directions.  No issues through the Bankhead or George Wallace tunnel as well.  In Mobile, Alabama Highway Patrol just cleared an accident on Moffett Road there at Kensington Place.  No problems right now coming down I-65. Mobile police reporting no accidents and so far this morning no trouble spots in Pensacola.
