8:18 a.m.- Crash causing major delays on I-10 at Malbis, eastbound, causing backups in both directions
7:56 a.m.- We’ve got a problem on the interstate right now between the 36 and 37 mile marker on the Eastern shore on I-10. It’s affecting both Eastbound and Westbound traffic and looks like about a two-mile delay both directions. Expect problems there between the Malbis and Eastern Shore exits. No problems on the Bayway and Causeway. In Mobile they’re clearing accidents Old Shell and Catherine, Grelot and Hillcrest a new fender bender there in front of Baker High School but we’re looking good coming down I-65.
7:26 a.m.- We’ve got a broken down RV in the right-hand lane there on I-10 eastbound crossing the Bayway about a mile-and-a-half coming out of the George Wallace tunnel. Trying to get over towards the Eastern Shore expect a delay. Get in the left hand lane. In Mobile, fender benders at Old Shell and Catherine, Grelot and Hillcrest. Alabama Highway Patrol in the scene of a three-car accident with the minor entry there Moffet at Blackwell Nursery Road. on the Eastern Shore and accident Milton Jones Road and County Road 13 and Daphne. No accidents in the Pensacola area
6:55 a.m. We continue to look good if you need to take the Bayway or Causeway to begin your Tuesday morning commute. Both directions looking good, no issues along the Eastern Shore and both tunnels running smoothly. Mobile Police on the scene of an earlier fender bender at Overlook at Howell’s Ferry. Expect some delays there and although it is off to the side of the road now. Highway Patrol reporting a one-vehicle accident I-10 Eastbound at the one mile marker. That’s just a mile past the Alabama Mississippi State Line. In the Pensacola area we’re still accident-free but traffic volume has really picked up there at the I-10 / I 110 interchange.
6:35 a.m.- We’ve had a good looking start on the Bayway and Causeway so far to start off your Tuesday. Both directions continue to move along smoothly with no delay. No problems through either of the tunnels as well. In the Mobile area we’ve got a new fender bender Mobile police on the scene Overlook at Howells Ferry. It’s not really in the roadway, it’s not blocking traffic but it is still there. Traffic moving along nicely coming down I-65 as traffic volume begins to pick up. In the Pensacola area we’re still accident-free according to Pensacola Police and Florida Highway Patrol.
6:06 a.m.- No complaints to begin your Tuesday morning commute so far this morning. Traffic volume has picked up a little bit crossing the Bayway and Causeway but nothing out of the ordinary. It’s still flowing along freely, you should be on time if you need to take either one of those. No problems either through the Bankhead or George Wallace tunnel. Both Mobile Police and Alabama Highway Patrol reporting no accidents to begin the morning. Towards the Pensacola area, both Pensacola Police and Florida Highway Patrol also reporting no accidents to start your Tuesday morning commute.
5:55 a.m.- As the sun continues to make its Tuesday Morning debut in the Eastern Sky, things continue to look good on the Bayway and Causeway with light to medium traffic volume. It’s starting to pick up a little bit both directions. No problems though through either tunnel. In the Mobile area no areas to tell you avoid. We’re off to a good start according to both Mobile Police and Alabama Highway Patrol, looking good on the interstate system. Over towards Pensacola looks like things are also moving along nicely. No problems according to Florida Highway Patrol to begin your morning.
5:35 a.m.- We’re checking your commute here on this early Tuesday and things continue to look good on the Bayway and Causeway with light to medium traffic volume. No problems either directions, looking good along the Eastern Shore and through both tunnels moving along nicely. In the Mobile area no issues to wake up to, looks like things are moving along well according to both Mobile Police and Alabama Highway Patrol. I-10 to I-65 looks good and no problem to the downtown area. Over in Pensacola also problem-free according to Florida Highway Patrol but watch that construction on I-10 near the Escambia Bay Bridge
5:06 a.m.- Our first check of traffic here on this early Tuesday morning reveals that things are looking good. Very light traffic volume right now crossing the Bayway and Causeway with no problems or delays there. Looking good through both tunnels as well. In Mobile, Alabama Highway Patrol recording no accidents. We’re looking good coming down I-65, no problems there. Over towards Pensacola, Florida Highway Patrol reporting no incidents or problems there as well so it’s a good-looking start for your Tuesday.
