RECIPE
2 20 oz. cans yellow squash slices
2 20 oz. cans tomatoes
2 medium sized onions, finely chopped
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
Cracker meal
1/2 cup butter

Saute the finely chopped onions in butter, do not brown.
Drain the liquid from the yellow squash and tomatoes.
Chop tomatoes, then mix with squash slices and sauteed onions. (Bits of sausage may be included)
Add a teaspoon of sugar and season with salt and pepper.
Place in a stainless steel roll pan and back in the oven at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with cracker meal, dot with butter, and place back in the oven and bake until golden brown.
