WKRG and the Jaguar Marching Band have teamed up to help you show a little South community spirit Thursday night.
Thursday night, the Troy Trojans invade Ladd-Peebles Stadium for the Battle of the Belt, a growing rivalry between the two schools.
In addition to the heated competition, we’re bringing philanthropy to the party.
Just bring canned goods to Ladd and you’ll walk away with free tickets to the New Mexico State game in December.
You’ll also be entered to win a catered tailgate from our friends at Naman’s Catering for 30 people.
Last year, USA collected 4,000 pounds of canned goods and hopes to double that number this year.
Let your friends know to bring those canned goods!
Drop off locations will be at entrances at Ladd and the game starts at 6:30 p.m. Thursday night.
Can’t make it to the game?
Bring the cans by our studio at 555 Broadcast Drive through the end of Wednesday.
