Harrison says he’s seeing chronic sinus infections but the allergy complaints have reduced. There have been some reported cases of the flu but that is minimal.
Doctor Darren Waters at Mobile Urgent care is seeing several cases of strep throat, viral upper respiratory infections, and gastroenteritis – or the stomach bug. He reports still seeing scattered cases of influenza as well.
Gulf Shores Pediatrics doctor Kathleen Lovlie is also treating people with upper respiratory infections and the stomach bug.
