Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings

  • Prep Time: 5 mins
  • Total Time: 6 mins
  • Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 24 chicken wings, grilled, baked, or fried.

Directions

  1. In a small glass bowl, melt butter in microwave.
  2. Whisk into butter the garlic powder, onion salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange hot wings on a serving platter and drizzle with butter mixture.
  4. Top with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.

Ragin’ Cajun Dry Rub

  • Total Time: 5 mins
  • Servings: 4-6

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons black pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder ( or granulated)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Store in an airtight container.

Thai Chili Wing Sauce

  • Prep Time: 5 mins
  • Total Time: 10 mins
  • Yield: 1 cup approximately

Ingredients

  • 3 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 2 hot red peppers (jalapeno, cayenne, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Directions

  1. In a food processor blend together the garlic, red peppers, sugar, water, vinegar and salt into a puree; transfer to a saucepan. For less heat remove the seeds from the peppers.
  2. Bring mixture to a boil and simmer until the mixture begins to thicken and garlic and peppers  soften, about 3 minutes.
  3. Combine cornstarch and water, and whisk into the mixture of other ingredients. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Cool completely before storing in refrigerator.
