Black Angus Select T-Bone Steaks
cracked black pepper
garlic powder (optional)
Allow steaks to rest on the counter for 30 minutes prior to grilling. Season both sides liberally with kosher salt, cracked black pepper, and garlic powder (optional). After you season the steaks you will see a little moisture on them. This is normal.
Grill steaks over high heat searing both sides to lock in the moisture. Grill until the steaks reach your desired degree of doneness. Move away from the flame to finish cooking if needed.
Allow steaks to rest off the grill for at least 3-5 minutes before slicing.
