Assorted Sandwich Tray

Roast beef with horseradish sauce (lettuce, tomato on french roll)
Chicken salad on wheat
Turkey and cranberry with lettuce, mayonnaise, cheese on sourdough

Ingredients for chicken salad:
4 cups of shredded chicken
1 1/2 cups of celery
10 oz crushed pineapple (drained)
1/4 teaspoon curry
1 cup mayonnaise
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Mix all ingredients
