4-6 oz. chicken breast, pounded thin
Dredge chicken in mixture of 4 parts bread crumbs, 1 part parm, 1 part oregano
Sear 30 seconds each side in 2 tablespoons of preheated oil in sauté pan.
Finish in 400 degree oven until done through.
Top with 1 ounce of parm and 1 ounce of shredded mozzarella.
Served with Tagliolini and Arrabiatta sauce.
