Brevard County Sheriff’s investigators say an argument over whether or not a man touched another man’s truck led to a death.
Investigators say 67-year-old German Heredia was on a walk with his granddaughters and dogs when Warren Buchanan walked up and accused Heredia of touching his truck.
An argument ensued and according to investigators, Buchanan knocked Heredia to the ground, causing him to hit his head.
Heredia was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
A coroner ruled a blow to the head was the cause of death.
Buchanan remains in the Brevard County jail charged with manslaughter.
His bond was set at $50,000.
