- 8oz Gulf Shrimp
- 2 cup heavy cream
- 1-2 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
- Salt & pepper
- Fettuccine noodles
- Par Cook Shrimp with garlic, dry basil, red pepper (sauteed to 75%), set aside.
- Cook heavy cream in pan. Bring to simmer (210 degrees)
- Add parmesan cheese in entirety and butter to taste
- Add shrimp to sauce
- Cook low until desired thickness/viscosity reached.
- Finish with salt and pepper to taste
- Serve over al dente fettuccine
