Shrimp Alfredo de Roma

  • 8oz Gulf Shrimp
  • 2 cup heavy cream
  • 1-2 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper
  • Fettuccine noodles

Cooking instructions:

  1. Par Cook Shrimp with garlic, dry basil, red pepper (sauteed to 75%), set aside.
  2. Cook heavy cream in pan. Bring to simmer (210 degrees)
  3. Add parmesan cheese in entirety and butter to taste
  4. Add shrimp to sauce
  5. Cook low until desired thickness/viscosity reached.
  6. Finish with salt and pepper to taste
  7. Serve over al dente fettuccine
