Homemade Macaroni and Cheese

MACARONI AND CHEESE

1    LB    PASTA, COOKED

2   CUPS  SHREDDED SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE ( PLUS MORE FOR TOPPING)

2     EGGS, BEATEN

4 ½  CUPS         MILK

1    TSP            SALT

1    TSP            PEPPER

6    SMALL     TABS OF BUTTER

 

POUR EGG AND MILK IN PAN. ADD PASTA AND 2 CUPS OF CHEESE. SPRINKLE WITH SALT AND PEPPER. MIX WELL WITH HANDS. TOP WITH ADDITIONAL CHEESE TO COVER TOP. DOT WITH BUTTER.

 

BAKE APPROX 30-45 MIN IN A 350 DEGREE OVEN
