RECIPE:

3 lbs. cooked smoked sausage (1/2 inch slices)

1 medium size head of cabbage ( diced in 1 inch squares)

Sautee

(1 small onion –fine diced)

½ tsp. diced garlic

½ tsp. red pepper seeds

½ cup of oil- (Sautee all together until the onions are translucent)

Add cooked smoked sausage (1/2 inch slices) and

1 medium size head of cabbage (diced in 1 inch squares) to a sauce pan until the cabbage is translucent.

Finish product needs to be 165F
