Cranberry Orange Pumpkin Seed Biscotti

¼ cup butter softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 tsp. orange extract or orange zest
2 ¼ cups flour
1 cup dried cranberries
½ cup pumpkin seeds

Mix all ingredients in bowl. Form into 2 large logs and bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes. When done cool then cut into individual cookies and bake again at 300 for 5-7 minutes.
