2 cups field peas cooked and rinsed

3/4 cup shoepeg corn

3/4 cup Rotel

1/4 cup diced green bell pepper

1/4 cup diced tomatoes

4 chopped green onions

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon parsley

1/2 cup zesty Italian Dressing

 

Makes 1 quart

Serve with chips
