A Mississippi constable was arrested over the weekend, but it’s his mugshot that’s attracting attention.
According to our CBS-affiliate WLOX in Biloxi, Christopher Plumlee was busted for driving under the influence after he was stopped for speeding.
The DeSoto County constable was booked for his arrested and posed with a wide-mouthed, wide-eyed smile for his mugshot.
According to WLOX, Plumlee is a district 2 constable for DeSoto County. He’s one of five elected constables in DeSoto County, who are mostly responsible for serving court orders, but also have the power to make arrests.
Plumlee was released on a $1,600 bond. He’s due in court for the charges in November.
