Busy Weekend For Mobile Police

There were four robberies, a sexual assault and multiple burglary calls.

Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd                         10:14 a.m.                   Fonde Elementary

                                                                                                            3956 Cottage Hill Rd

On Friday, October 02, 2015, at approximately 10:14 a.m. officers responded to Fonde Elementary located at 3965 Cottage Hill Road for a report of a Domestic Violence incident that occurred away from the location. The victim stated the suspect, her husband, arrested person, 41 year old An Truong, held her against her will, and was en route to the school to remove their child.

 

Robbery 1st                                                    3:02 p.m.                    Ray Charles Auto

                                                                                                            2509 Halls Mill Rd

On Friday, October 02, 2015, at approximately 3:02 p.m. officers responded to Ray Charles Auto located at 2509 Halls Mill Road for a report of a Robbery to an Individual. The victim stated two unknown male subjects armed with handguns demanded cash and his cell phones.

 

Domestic Violence 2nd           7:50 p.m.                    1000 block of Glenn Acres Dr E

On Friday, October 02, 2015, at approximately 7:50 p.m. officers responded to the 1000 block of Glenn Acres Dr E for a report of Domestic Violence. The victim stated his girlfriend, arrested person, 25 year old Jessica Autrey, stabbed him several times following a domestic dispute.

On Saturday, October 03, 2015, at approximately 5:01 a.m. officers responded to Z Tech located at 2206 Dauphin Island Parkway for a report of a Commercial Robbery. The victim stated two unknown male subjects entered the location armed with handguns and demanded cash and cigarettes.

 

Domestic Violence 2nd                       9:40 a.m.                     4500 block of Halls Mill Rd

On Saturday, October 03, 2015, at approximately 9:40 a.m. officers responded to the 4500 block of Halls Mill Road for a report of Domestic Violence. The victim stated his girlfriend, arrested person, 24 year old Jakari Peters, stabbed him twice.

 

Robbery 1st                                        4:50 p.m.                    800 block of Summerville St

On Saturday, October 03, 2015, at approximately 4:50 p.m. officers responded to the 800 block of Summerville Street for a report of a Robbery to an Individual. The victim stated as he was cutting grass an unknown male subject armed with a handgun demanded cash.

 

Kidnapping 1st /                     8:00 a.m.                     Mobile St at Caruthers Way

Rape 1st

On Sunday, October 04, 2015, at approximately 8:00 a.m. officers responded to University of South Alabama Children’s and Women’s Hospital for a report of One Sexual Assaulted. The victim stated a known male subject forced her into a vehicle at gunpoint and later sexually assaulted her.

Assault 2nd                                          8:39 p.m.                    KJ Barber Shop

On Sunday, October 04, 2015, at approximately 8:39 p.m. officers responded to KJ Barber Shop located at 2307 St Stephens Road for a report of One Shot. The victim stated two unknown male subjects shot him several times.

 

Theft of Property                              2:04 p.m.                    300 block of PH Lewis Pl

On Sunday, Ocotber 04, 2015, at approximately 2:04 p.m. officers responded to the 300 block of PH Lewis Pl for a report of two Vehicle Burglaries. Through investigation officers arrested person, 24 year old Alexzandir Scott, for Theft of Property 1st and Unlawfully Breaking and Entering a Vehicle.

 

Multiple Criminal                                                                 

Mischief Counts

Officers responded to approximately 31 reports of Criminal Mischief 3rd Complaints in Midtown.  The incident appears to have occurred in the early morning hours of October 4, 2015. The vehicles appears to have been damaged by a BB Gun as some of the victim’s windows did not shatter until they shut their door or hit a bump driving.  The incidents occurred on Bienville Avenue, Margaret, Crenshaw, S. Fulton, Kenan, S. Georgia, Old Government, Montawk, Clearmont and Glenwood.  Damage to the vehicles was under $500 in each incident.

 

Burglary 1st                            11:00 p.m.                  600 block of New Jersey Street

On Sunday, October 04, 2015, at approximately 11:00 p.m. officers responded to the 600 block of New Jersey Street for a report of a Residential Burglary. The victim stated an unknown male subject entered her residence while she was present and attempted to steal her television.

 

Robbery 1st                                        12:54 a.m.                   Exxon

                                                                                                5895 Highway 90 W

On Monday, October 05, 2015, at approximately 12:54 a.m. officers responded to Exxon located at 5895 Highway 90 W for a report of a Commercial Robbery. The victim stated two unknown male subject entered the location armed with handguns and demanded cash.
