Blackened Pork Chops

1 tbsp paprika
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp thyme
a pinch of cayenne pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
4 center cut pork chops

How to make it: In a small bowl, combine paprika through cayenne pepper. Rub mixture on each side of pork chops. In a large saute pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add pork chops and cook for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through. Serve immediately.
