PEACH COBBLER

1 LBS FRESH OR FROZEN SLICED PEACHES

(Cut into smaller pieces)

6 TBSP MARGARINE

¾ CUP SUGAR

½ CUP + 1 T SELF RISING FLOUR

½ TBSP BAKING POWDER

½ CUP + 1 T MILK

¼ Tsp SALT

Melt margarine in pan

Mix dry ingredients together

Stir in milk

Pour over margarine

Place on top with any juices

Bake 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes
