Authorities in George County, Mississippi are asking for the public’s help to locate an ‘extremely dangerous’ fugitive who could be in the Wilmer area.
The George County Sheriff’s Office is looking for 23-year-old Richard J. Phillips, who is believed to be armed and shouldn’t be approached. He’s wanted in the robbery of a Super Store gas station in George County and several other robberies in the Mobile area.
Phillips is described as a white male, 5’7″ tall, weighing 160 lbs. Phillips was last seen traveling in a gold 2000 Chevy Equinox with Mississippi tag GEN-304.
Police say Phillips’ accomplice, 26-year-old Destiny Ann Worth, was caught in Prichard on Wednesday after receiving a tip from the public.

Worth is being charged as an accessory to the robbery at the Super Store gas station in George County.
Phillips is said to have been hiding in the Wilmer, Alabama area and the Bexley community of George County, Mississippi.
Phillips is known to have a firearm in his possession and is considered armed and extremely dangerous.
