Alabama’s sales tax holiday is from Friday, August 7 through the end of the day, Sunday, August 9. Clothing, shoes, school supplies and even some computers are tax-free. Florida’s sales tax holiday is ten days long, Friday, August 7 through the end of the day, Sunday, August 16. You’ll be able to save tax money on clothes, shoes, school supplies and computers and computer equipment. More information can be found on the Florida Department of Revenue website.
