1 8-10oz. Premium Choice filet
5-6 21/25 count Alabama Shrimp
3 ounces Maytag Blue cheese
3 Tbls. Heavy Cream
Season filet with olive oil ,salt, and pepper (let stand until it comes to room temperature) Pre heat skillet on medium heat/before searing the filet turn up the heat to medium-medium high. Pan sear and let it stand while you are fixing the shrimp Sauté shrimp in butte and season with salt 7 pepper. When shrimp are about 2/3 the way done, add blue cheese and heavy cream. Cut filet in medallions and then pour the blue cheese shrimp sauce.
Side items: Sauteed veggies, zucchini, squash, mixed bell peppers and onions. Sauté in butter with salt, pepper, and garlic.
